About this Mod
A player-mob designed for Dungoen Train, but can be used for any mods or games.
Player-mobs pick up items, open chests / barrels and use armor stands to, swap out gear for upgrades.
Picks from different default skins.
They have different personalittes
- Aggressive (attacks players on sight)
- Shy (will run away from players, crouch to hide behind blocks)
- Friendly (will star at play and spam couch as friendly jesture and gives players things. If attacked, becomes aggressive, or shy)
- Passive (generally ignores players, will look super briefly at players occasionally. If attacked, becomes aggressive, or shy)
- Skeptical (will stare at the player for 1-5 seconds before continuing their tasks, will use shield or pull out weapon if player gets to close. If attacked, becomes aggressive, or shy)
How to use
Dungeon Train Survival
This mod is primiarly designed to be used with the Dungeon Train mod. It adds player based entities with different alignments to the train, that explore the train alongside you. Find them, befriend them, assist them, or fight them.
Creative / Stand-alone
- Search for "player" in creative items, to find the player egg to spawn in players and see how they interact or explore the world.

How to Install Social Player Mobs on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Social Player Mobs". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Social Player Mobs server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Social Player Mobs compatible with fabric and forge and neoforge?
Social Player Mobs officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Social Player Mobs – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Social Player Mobs consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
