Itemphobia
Itemphobia is a Fabric Minecraft mod that allows you to blacklist items that you do not want to pick up from the ground
Installation
The latest stable release of Itemphobia can be downloaded from the Github releases page as well as on Modrinth
Usage
Press I (keybind can be changed) when in a world to open up the Itemphobia blacklist GUI.
Blacklisting items
In the blacklist GUI, you can search for items to blacklist at the top. To blacklist an item, click the green + button next to the item's icon. You will now see that item move to the blacklisted items section on the right side. Press Done to confirm your selection. That item will now no longer be able to be picked up from the ground.
Removing items from the blacklist
In the blacklist GUI, click the red - button next to the blacklisted item's image to remove it from the blacklist. Press Done to confirm your selection. You will now be able to pick up the previously blacklisted item.

How to Install Itemphobia on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Itemphobia". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Itemphobia server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Itemphobia compatible with fabric?
Itemphobia officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Itemphobia – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Itemphobia consumes the most tick time.
