About this Mod

As the name suggests, this mod mostly just reimplements the campfire of 1.14 onwards into 1.12!

There are a couple notable differences to vanilla however:

Instead of crafting a campfire, you have to build it! Shift + right-click on the ground with a stick to get started, then add more sticks and finally ignite the bundle with flint or a flint & steel to finish up. You can then right click on any corner on the top of the campfire to add a raw food item (including most modded ones) for free cooking.
Additionally, coloured smoke signals! Use red, yellow, green, or white dye on a lit campfire to change the colour of its smoke.

How to Install Just A Campfire on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.12.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Just A Campfire". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
