About this Mod

Kibble adds kibbles that can be brewed with potions and fed to your animals or pets to apply the potions effects to them.

Dry Kibble:

Crafted with four of any kind of vegetable or mushroom (Wheat, Carrot, Potato, Beetroot, Brown Mushroom and Red Mushroom). Does nothing on its own, though can be used as in the brewing stand input slot along with a potion as an ingredient to create Kibble.

Kibble:

Brewed from a potion and dry kibble in the brewing stand, can be fed to pets to apply potion effects.

Modded Support:

Any mod that adds its own potions should automatically be supported by this mod, and you will find their kibbles in the food and drinks tab.

Frequently Asked Questions

Kibble server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.19.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Kibble compatible with forge?

Kibble officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.19.3, 1.19.2, 1.18.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Kibble – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Kibble consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
