Did you ever want to rename your favourite item to the complete works of Sherlock Holmes but were unjustly stumped by the anvil character limit? No more! I have removed this oppressive symbol of the surveillance state so you can finally name your things however long you like!*
*Note: Copying the entire works of Sherlock Holmes into your anvil may lead to unforeseen behaviour up to and including game crashes or world corruption. I take no responsibility should you use this mod and discover your world rendered permanently weird†
†Update: I have since tried this and can confirm that the client does crash upon pasting the second chapter of A Study in Scarlet. The relevant error is a packet encoding error on the client side. The first chapter of A Study in Scarlet numbers more than 15 000 characters. This should be more than enough to satisfy your naming needs.

How to Install Legalese on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.5).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Legalese". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Legalese server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Legalese compatible with fabric?

Server lagging with Legalese – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Legalese consumes the most tick time.
