Lightsabers

Lightsabers is a minecraft mod that adds lightsabers, blasters and other items inspired from the Star-Wars universe to the latest versions of the game.

Content:

• Lightsaber:

  Crafted by smithing a netherite sword with a lightsaber upgrade template and a kyber crystal.

  Lightsaber crafting recipe:

  

  Deals 9 attack damage and can block like a shield. The handle is customizable with the Lightsaber Workstation, and currently presents these handles: Anakin, Luke, Obiwan, Quigon, Vader, Maul, Kylo. Can be repaired with netherite scraps and when broken will not disappear, turning instead into a broken hilt that can be turned back in a smithing table. Lightsabers are enchantable like any other sword and have a white enchanting glint.

• Sith and Jedi campsites:

  These campsites now generate in the world with the same rarity as a village. They provide medium loot including new items such as kyber crystals, lightsaber upgrade templates and chicken nuggets. Blue and green kyber crystals can be found in the jedi campsites, while red and purple in the sith ones.

• Blaster:
  The blaster is a ranged weapon that shoots projectiles unaffected by gravity that deal 6 attack damage and put on fire for a few ticks. The projectiles bounce perfectly off a lightsaber when it's blocking. It's currently enchantable only with unbreaking and mending. It's crafted with 1 netherite scrap, 3 iron ingots, 1 glowstone powder and 1 firecharge.
