About this Mod
Little World Tweaks is a datapack that changes some aspects of the worldgen in Minecraft.
Currently the following changes have been added:
- Diorite, granite, and dirt patches have been removed from most caves
- Andesite and tuff patches are more common
- Dripstone caves generate with granite, coarse dirt, and dirt patches
- Lush caves generate with diorite and calcite patches
- Pointed dripstone spikes are more common
- Trees are generally taller
- Fancy oak trees are more common
- Small jungle trees use the large jungle tree foliage placer
- Jungle bushes are less common
This datapack should be compatible with most mods, but it may not be compatible with other worldgen datapacks that modify biomes.

How to Install Little World Tweaks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Little World Tweaks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Little World Tweaks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Little World Tweaks compatible with datapack and fabric and forge and neoforge and quilt?
Little World Tweaks officially supports datapack, fabric, forge, neoforge, quilt for Minecraft 1.20.4, 1.20.3, 1.20.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Little World Tweaks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Little World Tweaks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
