About this Mod

Overview

A utility mod that sends the chat messages, specified in the configuration file, automatically when joining the server. Yup, that's it, nothing else.

Dependencies

YetAnotherConfigLib is required. ModMenu is supported, although is not required to run the mod.

Potential use cases

This mod was created because the author was tired of disabling the settings on the server that don't persist across the sessions (such as McMMO ability command). The mod could also be used for the automatic greetings, logging in to the servers that require that, etc. Be careful not to send too much messages though!

How to Install Login Chat on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Login Chat". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
