📚 Features

Length of Titles has been upgraded to 50 characters (as would be the case in an Anvil) from 16!
Maximum Pages in a Book is now 200 (up from 100)!
Configuration allows you to modify all limits.

📖 Configuration

Configuration can be found in config/long_books.json.

max_title_length: [integer] (default: 50)
- Specifies the maximum amount of characters a title can have.
  Must be between 0and 32767.
max_pages: [integer] (default: 200)
- Specifies the maximum amount of pages a book can have.
  Must be between 0and 32767.

How to Install Long Books on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Long Books". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Long Books server crashes on startup – what to do?
