About this Mod
Ever have too much Iron and still haven't found Diamonds? Well, why not forge yourself some Steel you hold you over? Steels to Iron as Netherite is to Diamonds, just not as cool. By popping an Iron Ingot into a Blast Furnace you can get yourself a Steel Ingot you. Steel is pretty much the same as Iron as damage and speed go, but they last x2.5 longer and have better odds of getting good enchantments. And if you ever want to smelt down a busted tool you can just heat it up to get a full Ingot back!
Dev Note: I'm kinda just adding things to this if I think they are neat. So this is no longer purely a Steel mod. Mostly now becoming a chill mod I like making.

How to Install Magia's Steel Equipment on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Magia's Steel Equipment". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Magia's Steel Equipment server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Magia's Steel Equipment compatible with forge?
Magia's Steel Equipment officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Magia's Steel Equipment – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Magia's Steel Equipment consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
