About this Mod
After two years of inactivity, Many Additions is now back, and exclusively for Neoforge!
Many Additions: Neo Edition
Have you felt like Minecraft was lacking in unique and interesting content at times? Do you desire new and fun vanilla plus content that can add more to your Minecraft adventure? Or do you just want cool things to mess around with? Well Many Additions: Neo Edition is for you!
Many Additions: Neo Edition (MANE) is the latest and truly the final installment, unlike Many Additions: Reboot Edition, in the Many Additions mod series that seeks to expand the base game with new and fun semi-vanilla plus content for you to explore and use. The mod is a mixture of both features that were in previous MA’s and features that are new to this mod. But what is this new content? Well for one, it seeks to add a bunch of new varieties of building blocks for one’s builds. It adds classic MA blocks like the Checkered Tiles and its varieties, Lamp Blocks that come in 16 colors, and the many glass types like Glow Glass and Phantom Glass for example. Other previous block types that are added are Meteorite and Steel blocks. But Many Additions: Neo Edition (MANE) does add many brand new blocks. For example, Xtone. It is a new stone type that is made from a plant that is made of experience. Another new block type is Peat, which is both a fuel source and a new building block as it can be made into a brick type. There are even more building blocks in this mod that are planned in future updates.
Is there more to MANE than just new blocks? Yes there is more. MANE expands on the adventure and exploration side of Minecraft with many new features. It focuses on content from the early game, finding peat and crude iron for early game iron smelting and making bread from dough that is from wheat flour, to mid-game, blasting iron in a blast furnace for Steel, which can be used for tools and building, and harvesting Bloodfruit in the Nether for healing, to end-game, utilizing Rubinite for gaining powerful items like Doublebrews and Throwable Creeper Stick, content. You can find brand new plants and ores throughout the game that can help the player out in their adventures.
Overall, Many Additions: Neo Edition is the latest and greatest version of the MA mods as it seeks to re-add classic features from previous MA mods (Many Additions, Many Additions 2*, Many Additions 3, & Many Additions: Reboot Editions) while also adding brand new features to keep the MA experience fresh and interesting while also providing the most polished mod experience for an enjoyable survival/creative experience.
*Many Additions 2 was just a complete remake of Many Additions with only two pieces of new “content”.
