Mapper Base
A simple library mod that includes all common content shared by my other mods
About this Mod
What is Mapper Base?
Mapper Base is a library mod that provides basic elements and functionalities to my other mods. It's literally named after my nickname, nothing more.
For players, the only notable addition is steel. Everything else is just code under the hood used by EmbellishCraft and Road Stuff.
Mapper Base is currently available for Minecraft 1.21.1. There is currently no active development so 1.19.3+ versions are not planned for now.
Special thanks to Karrade_ for updating the mod to 1.18.2 and 1.19.2 and McJty for the 1.20 version.
This mod is only intended to work with Forge for 1.20 and older, and NeoForge starting from 1.21. Fabric is not supported neither planned at this time, and Forge is now deprecated.

Mapper Base server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Mapper Base compatible with forge and neoforge?
Mapper Base officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.20.1, 1.19.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Mapper Base – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Mapper Base consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
