About this Mod
Add some little challenge in your world and fight new monsters, these are rarer but more dangerous and get new weapons to fight better !
New sword
Atrocious sword : Poison your enemies at the risk of being caught in a dangerous cloud.
End contact: Deal heavy damage, with the risk of hurting you.
New useful item
- Slave Gem: Summon a Slave Ghost.
List of bad guys
Spored Zombie: This poor zombie carries a wart in his flesh that forces him to walk on all fours and spits poison if you hit him. Found in temperate biomes (plains, forests, etc.).
Thumper: An heavy undead capable of withstanding blows, inflicts low damage for his size, but avoid fighting him on the edge of a cliff. Found in temperate or dry biomes with minimal space to move (plains, savannah, etc.)
Zombicator: A fallen vindicator who returns as a zombie, deadly, has fast movement but is slow in his attack, slit into a Top Half Zombicator after his death. Found in temperate biomes (plains, forest).
Top Half Zombicator: Even after having perished in a raid and failing to carry out his revenge beyond death against you, he remains tenacious and it is not is legless situation that will stop him.
Necrophagous "Iron Brawl": His face is hidden to avoid eating other zombies, slow but his fist is devastating. Found in hot biomes (desert, mesa).
Snow Rider: He’s nothing without his Undead Polar Bear, this Stray uses it to better track you down. Found in snowy plains.
Galvanizer: This giant skeleton can smash you, stay away! Defeated, gives his Slave Gem, use it to summon a temporary ally. Found in Soul sand valley (Nether)

- Slave Ghost: Summoned on a Slave Gem, fights all monsters around it before disappearing.

- Ice Spitter zombie: The ice block on his back is strange... Not appearing at the moment.

How to Install Mawabestiary on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Mawabestiary". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Mawabestiary server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Mawabestiary compatible with forge and neoforge?
Mawabestiary officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.20.4, 1.20.2, 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Mawabestiary – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Mawabestiary consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
