Use command /setCartBrakeForce <force> to adjust the braking intensity. (Permission: OP)
When riding a minecart, pressing the Left Alt key on the keyboard will allow you to quickly stop the minecart, even on powered rails.
The default key is left Alt, but you can change the brake key in the game settings.

How to Install Minecart Braking on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Minecart Braking". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
