About this Mod

Minecoins is a mod that adds three types of coins as well as a wallet for storing them.
None of the four items can be obtained in survival, and the coins have no innate function, making this mod perfect for use on servers or in modpacks.
In Creative, the coins are in the Ingredients tab and the wallet is in the Tools & Utilities tab.
The wallet has 15 slots and can only hold items under the tag minecoins:coins, which by default only includes the three coins added by the mod.
While previous versions of this mod were written from scratch, I found that MCreator made things faster, so this version was made using it.

How to Install Minecoins on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Minecoins". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Minecoins server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
