About this Mod
Overview
This mod adds more specific enchantments to make using different items more fun. The enchantments are made to be balanced for Singleplayer and Multiplayer. If any enchant seems too powerful or too weak, adjustments will be made to keep things from being annoying or underwhelming.
Current Enchantments
Sheltering (Turtle Shell Enchantment) [Mutually exclusive with Protection, Fire Protection, Blast Protection, and Projectile Protection.]
- Sheltering I: Gives the wearer greater protection than protection IV. (Protection IV gives 4 points of protection while Sheltering gives 6 points of protection.)
Snow Speed (Leather Boots Enchantment) [Mutually exclusive with Soul Speed.]
- Snow Speed I: Gives the wearer Speed while on Powdered Snow.
- Snow Speed II: Gives the wearer Speed II while on Powdered Snow.
- Snow Speed III: Gives the wearer Speed III while on Powdered Snow
Flare (Chestplate Enchantment)
- Flare I: If an entity attacks the wearer, the attacker will be set on fire. (This is similar to thorns.)
Paralysis (Sword Enchantment)
- Paralysis I: Stuns the attacked entity for 5 ticks per hit.
Leeching (Weapon Enchantment):
- Leeching I: Heals the user 2 hearts per hit.
Crushing (Mace Enchantment)
- Crushing I: Pushes the attacked entity 2 blocks into the ground on hit.
Critical (Sword & Axe Enchantment)
- Critical I: 10% chance to deal an extra 4 damage on hit.
- Critical II: 10% chance to deal an extra 5 damage on hit.
- Critical III: 15% chance to deal an extra 5 damage on hit.
- Critical IV: 15% chance to deal an extra 6 damage on hit.
- Critical V: 20% chance to deal an extra 7 damage on hit.
Nocturnal (Helmet Enchantment)
- Nocturnal I: Applies Night Vision and Luck II to the wearer.
Intimidation (Any Weapon)
- Intimidation I: Deals 1/4 of an entity's health on hit if it's at max health.
Proficiency (Any Mining Tool)
- Proficiency I: 30% chance to give to player Haste for 1 second when breaking a block.
- Proficiency II: 30% chance to give to player Haste for 2 seconds when breaking a block.
- Proficiency III: 40% chance to give to player Haste for 3 seconds when breaking a block.

How to Install Miscellaneous Enchantments on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Miscellaneous Enchantments". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
