About this Mod

This mod adds a new material known as mithril that is found from y-level 20 to y-level -64.

It adds mithril tools and armor which have stats that are in between diamond and netherite.However, the durability is much higher at 3000.

The tools and armor also have special functions, some of which include:

A chance for extra damage when hitting a mob
Night vision when wearing the mithril helmet
Connected logs breaking when using the mithril axe

This mod is intended to bridge the gap between diamond and netherite, while also adding unique features instead of just having a plain stat increase.

How to Install Mithril on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.6).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Mithril". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Mithril server crashes on startup – what to do?
