Immersive factions mod. Become a Monarch, rule over your knights, and wage war on other monarchs. Choose the optimal buffs, destroy enemy factions, but don't lose your own.

Overview
Monarchs provides an immersive factions system, relying on crowns,
swords and unique items to interact with your faction.
Tutorial
- Equip the Rose Gold Circlet
- Right click on players with a sword (consumes paper)
- Manage your faction’s strengths by choosing a monarch type that suits your strategy
Monarch Types
- Monarch of Iron:High defense in return for low mobility
- Monarch of Flame: High mobility in return for low defense
- Monarch of Fury: High damage in return for low health
Hierarchy System
When a Monarch dies, they drop their crown. If a faction member picks up the crown, they can choose to either become the new Monarch by donning the crown, or give the crown back to the original monarch. If a non-faction member picks up the crown, they disband the faction, and everyone needs to reconvene.

How to Install Monarchs on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Monarchs". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Monarchs server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Monarchs compatible with fabric?

Server lagging with Monarchs – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Monarchs consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
