About this Mod
MoreCars (Automobility Addon)
MoreCars is an Automobility addon built on SShakusora's open-source RIAutomobility project. It is a renamed and repackaged variant of RIAutomobility (since version 1.0, MoreCars has operated independently while still using some original code, all of which is properly credited to the original author).
This mod is an experiment: its primary aim is to inspire other players to create their own Automobility vehicle addons, and it also serves as a practical demonstration of forking and repackaging with correct credit and license handling. As such, this addon may remain fairly casual or limited in scope.
The code originally authored by SShakusora continues to be protected by the MIT License. Internally, the mod metadata includes proper attribution and license references pointing to the original project, and all borrowed code has been marked with the original author's credit.

How to Install morecars on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "morecars". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is morecars compatible with forge?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if morecars consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
