Mr. Porky is a short-form Minecraft horror mod that brings tension, stealth, and panic into your world.
When you kill a pig, something watches you...
A grotesque, mutated pig-human hybrid known as Mr. Porky now roams the world.
He hates light, stalks from the shadows, and hunts those who harm pigs. Your only hope? A single-use, flash-powered camera.

• 🎥 One-Shot Camera Weapon
A mystical camera that uses light to destroy Mr. Porky. but it only works once.
Crafted with: 2 Diamonds, 2 Gold Ingots, and 1 Ender Pearl.
• 🧠 AI Behavior
Mr. Porky prefers to lurk in the dark. Keep torches nearby… but don’t get too comfortable.
• 🩸 Triggered Spawning Mechanic
Killing any pig has a chance to spawn Mr. Porky. You won’t know when he appears, until it’s too late.
• 🔊 Creepy Ambient Sound
If you hear distorted pig squeals, run. He’s near.
• 📷 Survival Horror Twist
With no health bar or warning, Mr. Porky offers a high-stakes horror survival mechanic in a sandbox world.
🧪 Beta Status
This mod is in beta, but stable for play. Future updates will expand AI behavior, add new scares, and polish the horror experience.

How to Install Mr. Porky on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Mr. Porky". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Mr. Porky server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Mr. Porky compatible with forge and neoforge?
Mr. Porky officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.8, 1.21.7, 1.21.6. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Mr. Porky – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Mr. Porky consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
