Mending Tools Don't Break

Make it so mending tools don't break. This mod is in beta. Right now,
it only works when you try to break or use things, except the shield.
I am still working on that.

It works similarly to how the elytra works: when your tool runs out of durability, you will be unable to use it until you repair it.

• Will you continue to support Quilt? Yes. Please leave Quilt-specific issues in the tracker too, my goal is to make sure both platforms work flawlessly.
• Does it work with X mod? Most likely. All of my mixins are on PlayerEntity and ItemStack, so as long as the modded item is implemented the way vanilla does it, it should work fine. If you find something that doesn't work, please let me know on the issue tracker and I will look into it.
