About this Mod

(ノ´ヮ`)ノ*: ・゚✧ MUSHRI ✧・゚: *ヽ(・∀・ )ノ

A lightweight, slightly weird mod that expands the mushroom biome
and introduces a curious new civilization: the Mushri

What started as a food and wood addon turned into something... stranger (; ̄Д ̄)

(^• ω •^) What's inside?

  • A few new food items, all mushroom-based of course
  • A new mushroom wood variant — for cozy builds or cursed contraptions
  • Slight visual tweaks to the mushroom biome — feels more alive now

But the real stars...

✧ THE MUSHRI ✧

Small, bouncy mushroom folks who live in little villages
on remote mushroom islands in the deep wilds

They’re peaceful, and they love trading
glowstone dust for strange and useful items ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

Each Mushri may have a profession:

  • Miner (digs all day, never blinks)
  • Farmer (grows crops, doesn’t talk)
  • Blacksmith (probably the one screaming at lava)

Built with questionable logic, lots of mushrooms,
and a deep respect for weird biome energy.
Hope you enjoy. (シ_ _)シ

Frequently Asked Questions

Mushri server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Mushri compatible with fabric?

Mushri officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Mushri – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Mushri consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
