Fixes compared to version 1
- No more server overloading when using the tornado and meteor shower.
- Acid rain actually works now.
- The disaster menu is aligned better.
- The tornado is more effiecent when throwing blocks from the ground.
- When spawning the tornado naturally and in the disasters menu, it always spawns at world surface height.
- The wildfire is better, its able to work properly and it can place more fire.
- I don't know if I have forgotten anything I have literally fixed and updated SO much stuff!
