Create Your Own Abominations

Use the Brain Cutter to harvest body parts from defeated creatures and create your own abominations.

Collect a variety of body parts, including:

  • 🧠 Brains
  • 💪 Arms
  • 🦵 Legs
  • 🫀 Hearts
  • 🫁 Lungs
  • 💪 Muscles
  • 🩸 Kidneys
  • ...and more.

Some creatures can drop special brains, allowing you to give your abominations unique appearances and special traits.

You can also discover the hidden Brain Maker easter egg block, which allows you to combine two brains together. Experiment and discover its secrets!

Mob Disclaimer

Some Minecraft mobs have very complex models and rendering systems. I have done my best to make every body part render correctly, but due to the complexity of certain entities, it is not always possible to achieve perfect results. Thank you for your understanding.

Current Status

This project aims to faithfully recreate the core gameplay of the original Necromancy while modernizing it for the latest versions of Minecraft and NeoForge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Necromency server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Necromency compatible with neoforge?

Necromency officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.10. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Necromency – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Necromency consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
