About this Mod
This mod is part of the "Not Enough" series, being a new mod which adds items and blocks that should be added to any horror modpack.
This mod takes suggestions! At the Form Link!
This is a simple standalone mod which aims to add more horror aspect items. The current added items are goes as belows:
- Broken Crossbow
- IV Drip
- Different Blood splatters (not adding a screenshot here for gore reasons)
- 3 disks playing horror ambience sounds! From the EItems mod
- Empty and Random Ticket! From the EItems mod
- Ration Variants
- Normal Ration
- Poisoned Ration
- Moldy Ration
- Empty ration
- Saturation Ration
- Extra Ration
- Ration Block
- Bandages
- Medkits
- Different corpses for different members (Won't help much if used in another server, and also not adding a screenshot since it contains blood)

Available Versions
How to Install Not Enough Horror on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Not Enough Horror". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Not Enough Horror server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Not Enough Horror compatible with forge?
Not Enough Horror officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.19.4, 1.19.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Not Enough Horror – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Not Enough Horror consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
