Let's accept it the Netherite grind sucks, for a few reasons with the main one being, It's not fun. from killing an abomination of souls, to mining, This mod changes that, adding cast obsidian armor, like netherite but simpler (and more fun!) to get.

The netherite grind is sometimes a slog and generally unfun. Well, no more!
This mod adds cast obsidian armor and tools, like netherite but easier to get.
And it's also vanilla friendly!
With balanced recipes and a casting mechanic, I plan on adding upgrades to the tools and armor in the future.

How to Install Netherite alternative on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Netherite alternative". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
