!!IMPORTANT!!
This mod requiries Trinkets. No official Trinkets builds are published on Modrinth for Minecraft versions newer than 1.21.1. We recommend either using Trinkets-canary, downloading a compatible Trinkets version on our maven repository or building it from the updated source code.
Yes, another backpack mod
This mod add two items: The satchel and the backpack. Both are functionally identical and differ only in visual style.
Bags can be open through a button in the survival inventory
Dyeing
Both the bag and the straps can be dyed, on both of the bags.
- The easiest way to dye the bags is with Dip Dye. Holding the item in your offhand dyes the straps instead of the base bag
- Bags can also be dyed on crafting tables, with the dyes in the right column applying to the straps

NexusCarry server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is NexusCarry compatible with fabric?
NexusCarry officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with NexusCarry – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if NexusCarry consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
