About this Mod

Data pack (also available as mod) that disables firework boosting by temporarily changing the flight value of fireworks to -128b while gliding with an elytra. The purpose of this change is to nerf elytras in order to encourage alternate transporation methods.

How to Install No Elytra Firework Boost on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "No Elytra Firework Boost". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
