This mod removes flint and steel from Minecraft, so you can’t craft it or use it to start fires, light portals, or burn blocks. It makes Nether access and fire-based strategies way harder.
About this Mod
No Flint and Steel deletes the flint and steel item and its crafting recipe, so players lose the main way to create fire. You can’t light Nether portals, ignite TNT, burn forests, or set mobs on fire. Loot chests won’t generate it, villagers won’t trade it, and ruined portals become useless unless another ignition method is added. Players must rely on rare alternatives like lightning, fire charges, or creative tricks to access the Nether. It turns progression, travel, and combat into a much tougher challenge without a simple way to create fire.

How to Install No Flint and Steel on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "No Flint and Steel". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
