Hypixel Skyblock added a new forced resource pack, this mod allows you to remove the "forced" part of the resource pack.
this mod also allows you to choose between different textures of the resource pack (you must accept the texture pack first for this feature) with a keybind or command to toggle each individual texture for a specific item.
Commands
/nrp tooltip - disables the custom tool tip (note that this will only FULLY work if you don't have the texture pack enabled)

How to Install noresourcepack on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "noresourcepack". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
