Brush - Comes in Wood, Gold and Diamond, use this tool to brush away dirt, gravel and sand. (com' w/ Create).
Leaf Piles - Leaf piles are decorative blocks (find each variant in the correct biome).
Hollow Logs -  Sneak Right-click a log with an axe to hollow it out. works similarly to standard logs.
Limestone - Found in stone, it's similar to other stone types.
Vase - Crafted with clay, cooked over something hot.
New Log variants (Fence, Gates, Stairs and Slabs).
Bamboo Fence - it's a bamboo fence.
Shear Saplings to make dead bushes.
