About this Mod
Sorry for the recent inactivity here. To be clear, I do in fact still plan to update this mod, and may have actually found a partner helping we with this, but currently my other mod, Modget, is just too time-consuming. If you are somewhat experienced with Minecraft modding, we would be very grateful if you could help us out a little!
This mod is a port of the original Oceancraft mod made by thomassu (Twitter | YouTube):
It extends Minecraft's oceans with a much greater variety of animals, plants, building blocks and more. Update Aquatic 2.0!
NOTE: This mod is currently in Alpha and is missing many features. They will be added over the next few months!

How to Install Oceancraft Revived on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.16.5).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Oceancraft Revived". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Oceancraft Revived server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.16.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Oceancraft Revived compatible with fabric?
Oceancraft Revived officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.16.4, 1.16.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Oceancraft Revived – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Oceancraft Revived consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
