Overview

“Covenant of Radiance and Abyss" is an addon for origins that adds pvp oriented origins aligned to either radiance or abyss. Build your own unique origins with upgrades offering unique abilities and passives, though watch out for their drawbacks. But the choice is yours, to harness the radiant power of light? Or plunge into the depths of the abyss?

Requirements

• Origins, of course
• Entity Model Features is optional but you will get cool accessory model on your skin depending on your specific Covenant origins.

Current Origins

Abyss:

• Lästern, The Night's Edge(60% done)

Radiance:

• Solenne, Dawnslinger of the Sun(40% done)

Items

• Coin of Covenant:
  You can craft a coin of covenant by combining an ender pearl with a diamond. It grants the [Risk vs Reward] advancement upon crafting it for the first time. If you have an Abyss or Radiance alignes origins, you can use this item to pick a coin upgrade. It enhances an aspect of your origins but also comes with a drawback.

• Heaven Hell sent Gift:
  These gift from somewhere are crafted by using an abyssal flame on a radiant tears. Abyssal flame are a rare drop from blaze while radiant tears drops rarely from ghast. It grants the [Underworld Resonance] advancement upon crafting it for the first time. Upon using the item as a Radiance or Abyss origins, you can pick an active that purely expand your origins.

FAQ

• Update to newest version?
  As soon as origins stable version is released for the newest version. This will always be the top priority for updates.

• Backports?
  This addon uses alot of origins newest features so backports are a no.

• Forge?
  Compatability is planned, but not a priority.

• I found a bug!
  I'am still pretty new to github but i believe you can report from there, otherwise ping me on the origins discord(_dzam).

• How is this "pvp oriented"?
  I believe every passive or abilities in this addon doesn't involve items or hunger bar, which makes it ready for pvp anytime without preperation. Although armor and weapon(and maybe blocks) will still be the main factor for your outcome, you can have a good experience simply by jumping someone anytime. With that said, the next update is the one you will be searching if you want a true pvp origins.
