Dismal, gloomy squid-like beings that soar the troposphere in search of condensed vapor. Petripoda soak up liquids to discharge strategically whether for traversal, or defense.
Powers
Tropulsion
You operate your assemblage of squidgy tendrils to push air behind you as you glide through the earth's vast canopy.You can move through air, as if swimming in water. Additionally, your mining speed is increased while airborne.
Cloud Storage
You absorb spatters of water from your setting, sewing it together into a condensed shape.Hold the primary ability key in water, rain, in a cauldron, or when above Y=193 to fill your storage.
Altitude Amenity
The endless skyline supplements you with bliss and moisture, threading your form with nourishment.As long as you're above Y=193, you get fed overtime and your abilities consume less moisture.
Vapor Plane
You expel your stored liquid into a concentrated jet behind you, flooding your hazy interior with swelling pressure that drives you forward.By pressing the secondary ability key while sprinting, you propel yourself forward at the cost of some water.
Drip Shot
Your interior floods with swelling pressure, then firing a sharp, potent spritz of condensed vaporPress the secondary ability key while not sprinting, to shoot a water projectile that deals 4 armor-piercing damage, consuming water.
Aqua Vitae
H2O flows through your cottony innards and supplies your very essence.If fully dehydrated, you start to take damage, dissipating.

If enduring visceral trauma, or exposed to the harsh rays of the star above, water seeps through the gloomy walls of your somber shell.Taking damage, or being in hot biomes causes you to leak water.

The serene atmosphere of the sky is too soothing to pass up on.You refuse to sleep below Y-level 100 due to uncomfortable conditions.

How to Install Origins: Petripod on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Origins: Petripod". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
