The Rockeater is a small, goblin-like creature that can only eat stone, with eyesight more fitted to the darkness of the caves.
Depending on the type of mineral you digest, there may be some extra benefits!

You have a strong jaw that allows you to eat rocks.

Dark Vision
You can see slightly better in the dark.

How to Install Origins: Rockeater on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Origins: Rockeater". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
