Well this mod fixes that by providing options to change the food values of all harvest craft 2 foods to be more in line with the 1.12.2 version of harvest craft. Along with a few tag fixes to fix things like bananas and avocados being considered eggs.

How to Install Pam's HarvestCraft 2 Nerf on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Pam's HarvestCraft 2 Nerf". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
