WHAT IS PARANOIA AYBW? Paranoia AYBW is a VHS-style psychological horror mod that transforms Minecraft into a brutal survival experience. This is not a simple jumpscare pack; it is a psychological engine that tracks your sanity in real-time, adapting the environment to punish your behavior.

REQUIREMENTS & WARNING Minecraft 1.21.1 (Forge) No dependencies required. WARNING: Ages 16+. Features 4th-wall breaking, file generation, disturbing audio, and forced game shutdowns.

THE SANITY SYSTEM Sanity starts at 100 and cannot be restored. 100-50: Ambient sounds, heavy fog, and subtle unrest. 50-30: Entities appear; screen corruption begins. 30-10: Fake crashes, radio signals, and "The Director" AI hunts you. 10-1: 4th wall breaks; files appear on your PC. 0: THE VOID. There is no return.

THE DIRECTOR AI An adaptive AI monitors your playstyle: Running? Entities spawn in your path. Hiding? Entities spawn inside your "safe" zone. Static? A Shadow materializes behind you after 60 seconds. Sleeping? The bed deals damage and teleports you away.

VHS CAMERA SYSTEM Craft a VHS Camera to see through the darkness. It features: Authentic grain, scanlines, and tracking errors. Night vision with color bleeding. Limited battery and rare Cassette Tapes.

12 UNIQUE ENTITIES Hand-drawn textures. All vanilla hostile mobs are removed. THE STALKER: Watches from the shadows. THE DEMON: A relentless, fast hunter. THE CRAWLER: Stays invisible until it strikes. THE SHADOW: Your dark reflection, always behind you. THE CINEMATIC: The final entity that triggers at Sanity 0.

VISUAL & WORLD HORROR Forced Minimum Gamma: You cannot see without tools. UI Corruption: HUD glitches when danger is near. Red Moon & Heavy Fog: Sudden world-altering events. Sky Silhouette: Colossal beings watching from above.

4TH WALL BREAKS File Generation: Cryptic .txt files appear in your game folder. User Targeting: The mod reads your username for threats. Fake Crashes: Realistic error screens hide a running game. The Ultimate Scare (0.01%): Your client shuts down instantly.

THE VOID (Final Stage) At 0 Sanity, you are taken to a custom dimension of nothingness. A scripted cinematic boss sequence concludes your journey with explosive, blood-red visual events.

INSTALLATION

Install Forge 1.21.1.

Drop the .jar into your /mods/ folder.

Launch and try to survive.
