Periodic Expansion is a Minecraft mod that aims to bring the Periodic Table of Elements into the game in a meaningful and expandable way.
Instead of adding random materials, this mod focuses on real chemical elements, their properties, and how they can be translated into Minecraft gameplay.
The project is designed to be educational, immersive, and progression-friendly, making it suitable for both survival gameplay and modpacks.

Each element is implemented as a new ore, found naturally in the world and processed into usable materials.

These resources integrate into the vanilla mining progression and are balanced for survival gameplay.

Both Lithium and Beryllium can be used to craft full equipment sets, including:
Tools (Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Sword, Hoe)
Armor (Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots)
Each material has its own stats and characteristics, inspired by real-world properties:
Lithium: Lightweight, fast tools, lower durability
Beryllium: Stronger, more durable, suitable for mid-game progression
🌍 World Integration
Ores spawn naturally in the Overworld
Spawn rates are carefully adjusted to avoid clutter and maintain balance
Compatible with vanilla terrain generation

How to Install Periodic Expansion on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Periodic Expansion". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Periodic Expansion server crashes on startup – what to do?
