About this Mod

📘 About this mod:

Pure Berries is a simple, cleanly designed mod that adds new berries and new foods for existing berries, with a focus on maintaining balance and vanilla mechanics.
This mod is intended to be used alongside my other mods, which I'm calling "micro-mods". I aim to combat bloated, overproduced mods with my simplistic, segmented micro-mods. Curate your own features without editing confusing config files and disabling recipes. Check my profile to find more mods, and complete your pack!

✋ FAQ:

Q: Will you backport to any older versions?
A: No. I prefer to keep my attention on the latest versions.
Q: This mod feels a bit overpowered/underpowered. Is there a config?
A: You can configure the effects of the golden berries using a gamerule, each has its own that changes the strength of that effect.
Q: I'm having a hard time finding berries/crafting an item. Help?
A: A wiki will be coming soon, hopefully. For the time being, join our Discord and I'll be happy to help answer any questions.

Pure Berries officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge, quilt for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21, 1.20.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Pure Berries – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Pure Berries consumes the most tick time.
