About this Mod
Adds a new flesh item. It's like rotten flesh except... not rotten. There are two ways to obtain it:
- Crafting any meat surrounded by 8 rotten flesh
- Enchanting a sword with Preservation and killing a mob that would normally drop rotten flesh (like a zombie)
It can be eaten without any hunger effect as an alternative food when out at night as well as be smelted in a furnace into leather.
A bone surrounded by 8 rotten flesh can now be crafted into a decorative zombie head.

How to Install Better Rotten Flesh on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Rotten Flesh". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
