Mod Description

Ever wanted to join a server from anywhere, straight from chat with a command? Well you just came to the right place!

Quick Switch is a client-sided Minecraft mod for the Fabric Loader, that allows users to join any server from anywhere (from world, or another server), by running a command. To join a server with this mod, simply run: /quickswitch (worlds will save before joining a server). For example, if you wanted to join Hypixel, you would run the command like this:

/quickswitch hypixel.net

This mod also has another command: /quickswitch:disconnect, which, when run, makes you leave the current world or server.

How to Install Quick Switch on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.3).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Quick Switch". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Quick Switch server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Quick Switch compatible with fabric?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Quick Switch consumes the most tick time.
