Ranold's Better Squids

This mod changes squids from being one of the stupidest mobs in Minecraft to a mob with somehwat interesting mechanics!

So far all it does is make squids give you blindness for a different amount of time depending on difficulty. None in Peaceful, 3 seconds in Easy, 5 in Normal, and 8 in Hard. We call that Balancing!

Much more will be coming, including changes to glow squids! (Hypnotising like in the mob vote)

How to Install Ranold's Better Squids on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ranold's Better Squids". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
