About this Mod
Raw Milk Mod
Tired of milk being too easy in Minecraft? Spice things up with Raw Milk!
Now, when you milk a cow, you’ll get raw milk—unprocessed and a bit risky. Raw milk still clears status effects but comes with a drawback: drinking it will give you the Hunger status effect. To avoid this, cook your raw milk to transform it into pasteurized milk. Pasteurized milk is safe to drink and free of the Hunger debuff!
But that’s not all—this mod also introduces chocolate milk! Combine milk with cocoa beans to create a sweet treat that gives you the Speed effect, perfect for when you need a quick boost!
Customization Options
This mod includes a customizable config file, giving you control over milk stack sizes and status effect durations. The fabric config file is located at:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config\rawmilkconfig.properties
You can open this file with a text editor to adjust the following settings:
rawmilk.stack.size=1 # int | default: 1
pasteurizedmilk.stack.size=1 # int | default: 1
chocolatemilk.stack.size=1 # int | default: 1
rawmilk.status.duration=600 # int | default: 600
chocolatemilk.status.duration=600 # int | default: 600
Stack Size: Change the number of milk buckets you can stack (e.g., set to 8 for half the amount of empty buckets).
Status Duration: Adjust the duration of status effects. For instance:
Set rawmilk.status.duration to 900 for a longer Hunger effect (45 seconds).
Set chocolatemilk.status.duration to 300 for a shorter positive effect (15 seconds).
For Forge, the config file is located at:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config\rawmilk-common.toml
New in v1.0.1
