Adds a keybind to toggle cheat mode on or off on REI's item menu.
The keybind is Numpad Divide by default.
This is for Minecraft version 1.16.x and 1.17.x. I will think about making it for 1.18.x as well soon.

How to Install REI Cheat Keybind on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.17.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "REI Cheat Keybind". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
