About Revamped Recipes

Revamped Recipes is a quality-of-life mod focused on improving and expanding Minecraft’s crafting and smelting recipes through logical, consistency-driven changes.

The mod adds hundreds of new recipes and adjusts many vanilla ones to better reflect material usage and real gameplay needs. Crafting outputs are rebalanced with clear reasoning in mind — for example, stairs are crafted 1:1 with the materials used instead of losing material, and utility items are produced in more practical quantities.

Revamped Recipes does not add new blocks, items, or mechanics. It simply fills long-standing gaps in the recipe system and removes arbitrary restrictions, making crafting feel more intuitive without altering progression or difficulty.

Features

  • Hundreds of new quality-of-life crafting and smelting recipes
  • Logical material usage and improved consistency
  • Reworked vanilla recipes where appropriate
  • No new content, no progression overhaul — just better recipes
  • Designed to feel like these recipes should have existed from the start.

Eventually will be back ported to all 1.21.X versions
