Crafted with a ring base, 1 amethyst shard 2 elytras and a nether star, it can grant creative flight when equipped in your offhand

Q: Will you add any new features to this mod?
A: No. I am not working on this mod anymore.
Q: Will you backport fabric to below/above 1.20.1 and 1.20.4? Or forge below/above 1.19.2?
A: No. Porting versions is buggy, annoying and generally unenjoyable. Modding is my passion project. If i dont enjoy modding, i won't mod. The only exception is most likely 1.19.4 Forge and 1.18.2 Forge
Q: Can i use this in my modpack?
A: Sure, You can give credit if you want, but i won't enforce it.

How to Install Ring of Flight on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ring of Flight". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Ring of Flight server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Ring of Flight compatible with fabric and forge?
Ring of Flight officially supports fabric, forge for Minecraft 1.20.4, 1.20.3, 1.20.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Ring of Flight – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Ring of Flight consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
