This Mod Add's a Vanilla Styled Magic System involving runes, ancient ruins, custom weapons with new abilities and more.

About this Mod
Some things this mods incude is new structures which randomly generate in plains, forests and birch forests, these new structures gift the play access to the new runes, and their block counter parts which apply effects to the player when stood on, these blocks can make a great addition to your base and and great decoration, which work perfectly with the new tuff varients, including tuff bricks, pillars, polished tuff and there slab and stair counter parts.
I doesn't end at that! Custom Weapons can be crafted with these new runes, Such as Hades' Sythe and The Enhanced Sythe.
Alongside The New Runes, is the Sculk Screamer, Enhanced Sculk Screamer and Scream in a Jar, New Mobility items which launch you into the air with haste.

How to Install Ruins & Runes on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ruins & Runes". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Ruins & Runes server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Ruins & Runes compatible with fabric and forge?
Ruins & Runes officially supports fabric, forge for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.19.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Ruins & Runes – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Ruins & Runes consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
