About this Mod

Save and Organize your inventory!

This mod allows you to save inventories, and load them no matter what server you are on, gamemode you are in, or if you have operator.

How To Use:

After placing the mod in your mods folder, you will have access to the following commands in-game:

  • /si save (name):

This will save your current inventory with the chosen name.

  • /si load (name):

This will load the selected inventory, organizing your current inventory as best it can.

  • /si remove (name):

This will remove the chosen kit.

WARNING

After removing an inventory, the inventory is permanently gone.

  • Known Bugs:

  • Items with NBT data (like potions) will not be organized based off potion content, so if you have 1 strength and 1 speed, its just whatever it gets to first
  • After restarting game, saved inventories no longer show when you load/remove, but they are still there. You can load and remove them, but there is no suggestion with the command

Frequently Asked Questions

Save Inventory server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Save Inventory compatible with fabric?

Save Inventory officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.5, 1.21.4, 1.21.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Save Inventory – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Save Inventory consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
