About this Mod
Scarborough Fair
Scarborough Fair adds a new End-shaped floating-island dimension: grass-covered surfaces, overworld-style stone and ore strata inside, synced day-night sky, larger sun and moon, oak and birch trees, small water pools, occasional water-covered islands drifting over the void, and optional Aether-style starting-spawn behavior.

Features
- New dimension:
scarborough_fair:scarborough_fair. - Terrain follows the vanilla End island silhouette, keeping the floating outer-island feel.
- Island top surfaces are grass blocks, while sides and undersides use dirt and interiors use overworld base stone.
- The dimension follows the normal day-night cycle and renders the sun and moon at twice their usual size.
- The island biomes are tagged as overworld / plains / forest so ore, stone-replacement, and other data-driven worldgen can hook in naturally.
- Chorus plants are replaced by oak and birch trees.
- Small water pools can appear on islands.
- Rare water islands can cover most of an island; edge gaps may let water flow down into the void.
- Common config can optionally start new players in Scarborough Fair, Aether-style: first join changes dimension to an outer island and sets that initial personal respawn point there.
- Common config can toggle overworld-style structure targeting, passive mob spawns, and hostile mob spawns.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21.1
- NeoForge 21.1.x
Notes
This is a worldgen mod. Existing worlds need newly generated terrain to show new dimension content.
Default config keeps normal overworld first spawn, uses overworld-style structure targeting, enables passive/ambient spawns, and keeps hostile natural spawns disabled.
