About this Mod

Formerly a part of my Paxels mod, this mod adds Sculk Equipment and armor.

The armor is almost identical to netherite in stats. Unlike netherite, however, you can infuse it with various potion effects for a set bonus (see recipes below).

The above recipes apply for all netherite-to-sculk recipes. Use different netherite tools for different Sculk tools.

The tools also retain their enchantments!

The following image is a sample recipe, this works for all armor pieces, and a full set of the same effect is required for the potion effect to be applied!

Some recipes use potions and some use items.

There are a few effects that require applying a potion onto the armor first.

How to Install Carp's Sculk Equipment on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Carp's Sculk Equipment". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Carp's Sculk Equipment server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Carp's Sculk Equipment compatible with fabric?
